An educationist for 30 years in the social sector. Started with teaching computers to children in the early 90s, managed a not-for-profit school of 1200 students, gave livelihood skill training to 1000+ women in 25 villages and built 200+ toilets for girl students and implemented a play-and-learn program for 100 Anganwadi’s. Since 2015 her focus has been towards improving foundational reading and learning skills among children from low-income households. She has set up by over 450 libraries in government primary schools in Delhi and other states.
